I'm based in Aveley, WA and will travel within a 40km radius. If you are located outside of that area an additional fee for travel can be discussed prior to booking.

I recognise that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you might need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. My priority is to work with you to find a new date that suits us both. However, if rescheduling isn't possible, the following terms from my photography services contract will apply: Photographer's Unavailability: If the Photographer is unavailable due to extraordinary circumstances beyond control, funds paid by the Client, including retainers, will be refunded, and the Agreement terminates. Client's Unavailability: The Photographer will arrange an alternative date if the Client cannot attend the shoot. Refund Calculation: If an alternative date cannot be agreed upon and the Total Fee has been fully paid: - The non-refundable booking fee (as per Clause 1.5) will be retained. - For cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of the shoot, an additional 25% of the Total Fee will be retained, in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Retained Costs: The Photographer is entitled to retain non-refundable costs, including studio, equipment, apparel hire expenses, and personnel fees. Government-Enforced Disruptions: In the event of government-enforced disruptions leading to event cancellations, date changes, or package alterations, discussions must occur during booking. If the Photographer is available on a rescheduled date, photography can proceed. If the chosen date is unavailable, the deposit can be forfeited or used for a future session within three years from the original session date, without monetary refunds.

After I've finished editing your photos and have them all ready, I'll shoot you an email with everything you need to know about accessing your online image gallery. It's really straightforward – you'll be able to download a set number of images that are included in your booking package directly from the gallery. And if you find more photos that you just can’t resist, you’re more than welcome to purchase additional ones or the entire gallery. For those who choose a wedding package, I add a little extra – you’ll receive all your images on a keepsake USB flash drive as a special memento. I also offer some pretty amazing options for prints, custom frames, and beautiful albums, available for purchase right from your gallery. They're perfect for bringing your favorite moments into your everyday space. And guess what? Most of these items come with free delivery, making it even easier for you to enjoy your photos. So, whether it’s a download, a print, or an album, you’ve got plenty of choices to relive those special memories."

I know you're excited to see your photos, and I'm just as eager to share them with you! Typically, it takes about 1-3 weeks for me to meticulously edit and perfect your images from a maternity, newborn, family or lifestyle shoot. For wedding photos, I try to get out a few sneak peeks for you within a 1 week. But weddings require extra care and attention, so I ask for a bit more patience – usually around 4-8 weeks. This extra time allows me to give your special day the detailed attention it deserves. Rest assured, I'll keep you updated along the way and get your beautiful images to you as soon as they're ready.

Your privacy is very important to me. By default, only the cover image of your online gallery is visible to the public. To see the rest of your photos, you'll need the client password provided. There's also an extra layer of privacy if you need it. You can choose to mark certain images as 'private' within your gallery. This way, they'll stay hidden from anyone else who might view the gallery using a secondary guest password. And just so you know, I take extra care with boudoir galleries – they are always set to private by default and won't appear on my portfolio page. This ensures your intimate moments are kept just that – intimate and personal to you.

Yes! All packages require an initial deposit to secure your booking. You can then just log in to your client portal and pay whatever amount you choose towards the remaining balance. However, all packages do need to be paid in full 14 days prior to your shoot date.

Deciding on a second shooter for your wedding can really depend on the scale and specifics of your big day. My Grand Wedding Package already includes a second shooter as part of the deal, so you're all set with that option. However, if you're leaning towards the Regal or Elegant Wedding Package, it's a good idea to have a chat with me about the day's logistics. We can discuss the size of your wedding, the venues, and your schedule to figure out if a second shooter is needed. This way, I can help you decide based on what will work best for capturing all those special moments in the way you've dreamed of.

My studio is designed to be super comfortable and convenient, offering easy access and all the facilities you need to take care of your baby during the session.
